Released in August 2011 by Sony Ericsson, Xperia Ray has 3.3” capacitive touchscreen which is LED-backlit LCD and the phone display is 16M colors. You have to just log in once and will stay connected; it is a new level smartphone. The touchscreen has all latest features such as touch sensitive controls, multi-touch input method, and scratch-resistant display, accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate, proximity sensor for auto turn-off and times cape UI. The Mobile BRAVIA® Engine makes photos and videos pop right out, and there is Exmor R™ for mobile CMOS sensor by Sony which provides sharp, high quality photos and videos shooting in dim light conditions. This device has 1GB internal memory and 4GB card included microSD which is replaceable up to 32 GB. This slim set has 9.4 mm thick and weight is just 100 g so it could easily slip into your tight pocket. It thin but very fast, it has 1GHz Scorpion processor which keeps things moving on finger touch.
